There is no information in the actual signal - XM rebroadcasts another receiver when not sending traffic. That receiver is tuned to an identical station and, as both are keyed when idle, the result is a monumental feedback loop. that is what the audio is. Every now and then it will break for two way traffic.
Slowed down, it sounds like a constipated robot dying on a toilet. lol XD Like think of a digital rendition of the bathroom scene from "Harold & Kumar go to White Castle."
There goes my ability to sleep for a week. I'm freaking out because the sounds give me goosebumps and is there a way of Deciphering or Decrypting the noises?
i heard that the first one was a soldier in vietnam was accidentally left there and he had his radio and was repeatingly calling for help but was unheard since that station he had was shut down the day after he was left and after the years he started playing recordings of himself then he finally died. a few years later they reopened the station and listen to recordings of people who didnt know anybody could hear them and they heard the soldiers recordings of himself calling for help.
At 20 seconds, it sounds like it says, oh jeez im ..getting
At 30 seconds i hear, yuh nasty
For some reason at 1:52 seconds there is and electro static hum that sounds like its created by someone touching a plug or inserting and cord into a sound system. ive heard it when i put my ipod plug in the thing that can hook up to a reciever.
I can usually hear alot of things in hidden messages in songs that are reversed. i have decoded several of lil waynes songs backwards. I feel liek dying is the clearest hidden message backwards. to me listening to it backwards sound like a song because of how clear the voice sounds.
But in this recording i doubt its saying but i can hear..
Hmmm. You're not going to hear any of the actual words, because they've been encoded. Sounds to me like the words have been taken apart in the frequency domain, then the pieces spewed out in decending order of frequency. Doesn't sound too horribly different from the digitally encoded police radio in my county. Different encoding, though. Modern police radio is digital, but this sounds like frequency-dissected analog.
It says "kill me"

Oi. I keep freaking out and running downstairs every time I try to play this.
It certainly doesn't help that my dick of a father keeps screaming at random times, making me scream in terror of the "evil voice from hell".
WHY IS THIS SO SCARY? WHY AM I WATCHING THIS AT 2:30AM? DAMMIT, I WANT ANSWERS.

I heard something that sounded like "you are we are under ground do I love you oh, oh, you and me are in here, you and me are in here"
Starts at 0:48
"you and me are in"
Starts at 1:43
That's a few seconds after the previous one, which I believe ended at 1:37 (?)
I don't know. I could be crazy, or trying too hard, but I'm hearing words all over this video...

At 0:48-0:50 I heard either help me or kill me. I keep on hearing, "help me" throughout the whole vid.
1:20-1:22, Kill me
1:31-1:34, Oh My?
At 3:39 I heard something that sent shivers down my spine.
SukhoiSu37Terminator 1 year ago
I hear "Oh... my god..." at one point, but I've lost it now.
Also, "I feel...so... tired."
Then around 4:01, there's a sudden kind of louder noise which sounds a little like "Heeelp!" Followed at 4:05 by a weaker kind of "Help.."
mouse264 1 year ago
can you help me... can you kill me... thats what i heard...

AT 2:18 THERES A WEIRD UNEXPLAINED FLUCTUATING SOUND THAT SOUNDS LIKE A PULSE WAVE
3:39!!! and again at 4:02!!! ITS THE EXACT SAME SCARY SOUND!
At 4:20 it just.... stops for a second. =S
at around 4:20 - 4:22 you hear a very clear wierd backround sound. like your hearing a jet from outside your window with it closed. ESPECIALLY at 4:36

This is probably some encrypted message from a military of sorts, so I doubt anyone could decrypt it by only slowing it down...
