@samking247 Yeah, I noticed that. I assume someone just found the old clip and synched TNA to it. Either that, or there's some seriously weird shit going on here...
It's good Radiohead isn't a popular band in a way. I mean, do any REAL Radiohead fans wanna see worthless little pricks with Radiohead shirts everywhere and don't know like them? NO! We have our own little world of Radiohead with REAL fans... BTW, LMFAO at 1:42!! Thom's laugh is adorable! xD *Melts*. :]
They ARE a very popular band but not in a mainstream sense. But in the indie world, they are as mainstream as it gets. I understand what you mean, but I think anyone can and should enjoy RH.
Oh i get it. They are very popular in Mexico and Europe yes? Mmm mainstream? Isn't that with the shitty new alternative bands? Glad they aren't with them. -.- Well yeah you're right people should give RH a chance...
I live in the states and they're pretty popular here. I have friends in bands who are influenced by them and I remember seeing Hot Topic selling their shirts which kind of made me cringe. They also played at the Grammy's and well you get the picture...
Are your friends only influenced by Creep? Hope not. If they like more than 3 albums then they are pretty cool. Yeah Hot Topic only put Radiohead shirts because of In Rainbows. -.- Or Creep... But unfortunately there are no fans that I know of except my big sister. :(
No, they are currently influenced by In Rainbows (the lush sound). Actually my best girl friend got me into them so I have to thank her for that. It's sad that there are no fans in your area but that's why they invented fan made message boards lol
Ahhh, because of House of Cards right? x( That song became popular. But I've been a fan ever since I was born!! :D Ahhh, I still remember watching old school Mtv [I miss that] :( And watched Paranoid Android... Mmmm good times... Oh, well haha anyways that's good you're now a fan, the more the better! =]
Though I may be more offended then they are, I loathe the negative light they - particularly Thom - have been represented in. I think public figures, i.e. Radiohead, in this instance, will respond to the environment they're in, and the ease and personality of the interviewer, not just whatever is happening in their own minds.(For example, compare Jon Ross' interview with Jonny and Thom, with some of Thom's to promote The Eraser).
They're itelligent, articulate and sweet-natured men.
yes, if there's anything you notice through being a long term fan, it's how sweet-natured they all are. the negative press they get (and the whole idea that they are uptight miserablists) is laughably stupid
i think its kinda funny that thom was like "it could happend, our next album could be shit" when they released this HUGE album OK Computer and won the grammy.
1:43 - Thom's got a great laugh :)

What year was the interview at 1:14? Because I've always thought it was from The-Bends era yet The National Anthem is playing in the background

I notice they are a lot like iron maiden with their popularity and mainstream eye, musically totally different bands though:P

Obviously, Radiohead are much softer than Iron Maiden. :] But they still both are great great bands.

i love this band, and i find that while i dislike 90-95% of the general population, i dislike only about 50% of radiohead fans.

Colin-pensive, erudite
Ed-affable, free-thinking
Thom-creative, driven
Phil-consistent, hub
Jonny (or as the caption points out, "Jon")-innovative, appealingly reticent
