@GunGemini I'd generally agree, but Russia is a very peculiar country, you see? I think, ghettos would work very well there. The problem is that some foreigners (read: Armenians, Jews) wouldn't acquiesce to the misery and limitations of ghetto life, thus choosing the most respectable neighbourhoods of the [respective] town. Skinheads are more fit to live in ghettos, however, that could spell even more trouble for both non-Russians & (relatively) progressive Russians.
