I think each album has their own personality. You can see their progression and experimentation with different sounds. I like all of them because each album has something different to offer while keeping their roots. Unlike most bands, these guys can stray a bit and still sound awesome. Can't wait to hear this new album. This is the fusion I've been waiting to hear.

At first I thought PoA was their best album (foolishly), I'm just amazed by Dirk Verbueren's drumming on Antares though, the double bass drum work on Slave Design on tracks like Bioactive is fucking sick though!

BTV is like Sybreed from Slave Design but with better sound. I think there is no band similar to Sybreed...because they put that cyber metal or whatever to the higest lvl!

Every Sybreed`s song have it own personality, and have melody that will stuck in your ears for weeks.

When i hear BTV songs, they are all the same...i gave them a chanse, but no...

@6silent6hunta6 I know Wintersun but I can't get into them. Don't like it. But someone else also mentioned Illidiance, that's also an awesome band. Another band like that is Seecrees. I don't like the clean vocals too much but they have such an incredible heavy sound. Check out their song called Neuron. But nothing will beat Sybreed though.

@ZLIgari Not really...Sybreed is a fuse of Industrial (Drop and Benjamin synthesize this also Ben is the singer) + other guys are pure metal...so its Sybreed is not technically Cyber,yes it has some "pulls" towards Cyber Metal but its not ;),good try though :D...the only band that sounds simmilar to FF is Mnemic no one else...

Not sure what to think. It's definitely a step toward Antares and Slave Design (and a step away from Pulse of Awakening), and I definitely like the strong usage of vocoder effects. However, I don't think they'll ever be able to make another masterpiece like Slave Design - and I'm okay with that. As long as they continue to make the music they want to make, Sybreed will always have my full support, regardless of the end result. Can't wait for the full album. :)

I love Sybreed, my favorite band by far. So much dept and emotion in there work I can't get enough of it, but it's gonna be really hard for them to top Antares. Having said that this song sounds very promising.
