In fact on the first negotiation Pacquiao agreed to be tested immediately right after the match just to prove that he's clean but Floyd didn't accept that. Actually a test after the match can be more accurate compared to a test made days prior to the match. Now that my friend is a documented FACT!

BTW steroid metabolites stay in the system for 7 days to 2 years depending on the type. So if you test a guy lets say 2 days before the match he still has 2 day to take it without getting caught but if you test him right after the match he won;t be able to hide anything.
