@OOOmarcinOOOO not really, killerbee did the lariat before he could even turn around fully it was a total surprise. Also, sasuke wonuldn't be able to avoid it from that close even with sharingan. If his body can't react fast enough, it makes his sharingan useless, just like if he would fight naruto or raikage (since his body just can't keep up with their speed).
