wow i just watched your new mic video and you sound so much older than i thought you would appear, and with your hair popping in the video every now and again and it looks kinda grey so that made me think of an older person, but then i thought about it the light you have on your desk is most likely above you creating a glare, because in your mic vid theres no glare it you dont look that old

Don't get me wrong, they're still incredible, but I liked the darker shading from before alot better..

I do understand what u explained, about shading and overlaping other parts of the drawing if you go too dark, but still.. for instance the orc warboss and the pain engine looked amazing, in my oppinion alot better then the lighter new drawings like the kobold and this one..

But that might be just me.. or the camera.

Cairne is one of my favorite Horde lore characters ever, and even though I don't play WoW any more I respect when someone takes the time to do something with him.

@paintballsniper0 Sure. Cairne was the leader of the Bloodhoof Tauren when Thrall arrived in Kalimdore. They Tauren as a race were primarily nomadic at that time and always under assault by the marauding Centaur. Thrall, after saving Cairne from a centaur attack, helped Cairne move his people to Mulgore, where they now reside. Cairne united the Tauren tribes, except for the Grimtotems, under the Bloodhoof banner to form the Tauren we know today. He was killed by poison on Garrosh's axe.

@paintballsniper0 orcs didnt poison grom's axe, magatha a grimtotem tauren who wanted to take thunder bluff for herself poisoned grom's axe. orcs are all about honor

@paintballsniper0 Garrosh was unaware of the poison there. It was placed on his blade by Magatha Grimtotem in order for her to usurp Cairne. The classic orc phrase 'Blood and Honour' is just a reference to what the orcs live their lives by; their own blood and their sense of personal honour.

Another great drawing Zooc, especially like the overal details that you took your time to draw on him like all the runes and such, it really adds to his stature as a chieftain.

I also have a question for you that I'd love to hear your opinion on. Have you considered drawing a background for your drawings? Like on this one you make it apear like he's standing in Mulgore or something? Or do you only consentrate on the actuall character instead of any background? Cheers.

sorry to point this out zooc but i feel like you missed alot of cast shadow on this particular drawing, i know its not much and you dont notice without looking but the head casts no shadow and there are a couple other spots to, still fantastic though. and i have to thank you for inspiring me to draw.
