The car looks clean. With those mirrors, tail lights and bumper, I'm guessing an 86 with either custom stripes or a modified 87/88 package. Possibly from a black/saddle car.

Always loved the cowl hoods. Perfect addition. They should have come that way from the factory.

The wheels... Sorry, don't like them at all. Too big and the style doesn't fit. Hope the brakes and suspension were upgraded to handle them (and the mods not permanent). These cars really shouldn't have bigger than 17" wheels.
