The Liberals didn't have to sole source the contract even if there was only one Canadian supplier at the time. If the Liberals weren't so corrupt ($56K kickback), they would have included a clause that allowed the government to buy in the open market if the Canadian vendor could not meet demand. It's beyond stupid for them not to have thought of it. The Liberal Party is a criminal organization with blood on it's hands.
