Hey Jared, where do you point your Auto Focus? In the center of the group or at the boss in the front because they are very important (they pay the bill)? Please respond to this question, I'm about to do a job like this in one day.
Love that photo, some how it gives a little of a fisheye effect with strait line in the background. Probably due to the way the group is positioned, love it, good job The Fro!!!
I have to commend you on your vids man. You have a style all your own. You make it fun and that is what matters. I'm inspired with every video. Thanks.
This is sweet, got over 120 portraits to do in 20 minutes (I think thats 6 people a minute) tomorrow and then put every face on a A2 canvas in photoshop in a grid! Help!!! Should be fricking sweet though!
Most of us understand the people on the images and all that, but how you took the shot, how you talk to them, how you organize to do the shot and compose them, that is what most of us wants to see :)
Hey Jared, for the shaded people in the back, why not kick up their exposure with the adjustment brush? Especially for Lou -- I think adjustment brush on him with some additional exposure would make him pop
Its much easier to photograph 400 adults than it is to photograph 5 kids.

I know that balcony. That's at the Gaylord National resort in National Harbor, MD. I've taken altogether too many photos up there, but great light.

Jared, did you zoom it to "18mm" on your 14-24mm? and your camera is DX format right?
aliasangel2005 11 months ago
what would be different if you have taken the shot with D7000 . similar wide angle lens?

Awesome video. I definitely wish the picture was tighter. All the white floor is distracting to me.

@RallyBlue greg was probably using a priority with the 14-24 2.8 Nikon. Manual focus wireless audio pack.

I would say that the guy in the orange jacket is obviously a hater that you shoot raw and he just sits around watching KR talking about jpeg
