Well, u can get it by finishing the medical career. But I used a cheat: press ctrl + shift+ c to open the cheat box. then type: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. and hit enter. go to the newspaper and hold down the shift key as u click on it. u should see career reward objects or something like that. and then you select medical career. and then go to ur sims career rewards and it should be there. hope this helps :)

Actually, there's a easier way. You can just type in UnlockCareerRewards true and hit enter instead of the testingcheats-thing. Then you should have access to all the career rewards :)

In the university expansion pack, you can send your teens to college, I think you can build one too. In nightlife you can buy cars.
