Red Steel 2 made an amazing jump in gameplay with the addition of the motion plus, but ubisoft didnt stop there. no, with the comic book style graphics, it all works incredibly well with the wiis capability and makes, in my opinion for one of the best games on the Wii. Red steel 2 should be number 1.

And the rest is sofware. If you know how it works it's a piece of cake. Or are you trying to say making you own gaming PC is that hard?

I think Dead Space and Silent Hill should have been a little bit lower because I found them much more impressive then the Conduit. The Conduit has great effects but is graphically boring and plain. I know Dead Space was a rail shooter but they did things with lighting that was very cool and so did Silent Hill. But is your list and its a good list anyway.

You see some people choose to drop the wii and buy some other console instead, because of the outdated graphics and the lack of other features such as DVD. Nintendo really need to make better consoles. I just see the wii as a PS2 but way more expensive. Remember: This is not 2001.. It's 2010!

Just because there are some third-party developers that don't make that great looking games for the Wii, dosen't mean that the system is weak, and there are many good games for the Wii with stunning looking graphics to prove that. But of course, Wii dosen't have HD graphics like xbox360 and ps3, but to compare the Wii to ps2 is just plain stupid and ignorant.

Graphics in games consoles increase because the developers get used to the hard-ware more and more over the years.

The PS3 and Xbox360 are literally like 10 times more powerful.

They Wii can achieve great graphics through art and Zelda and Mario Galaxy prove this although Mario Galaxy is a technical masterpiece for a Wii game. :)

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is probably the best consistent looking game on the Wii I've seen. It has moderately good shaders backed by a very powerful art direction. In particular, I found the final battle against Dark Samus to be a visual treat.

@ceron2008 I have them both to. While Darkside is a lighter game in some cases dead space is always dark and knows what its doing with a better setting and atmosphere. The enemys also look better in dead space extraction. The lighting effects are also supperior.

By now people should realize that the Wii is a gimick system forcing its players to use a frustrating control scheme with little or no alternatives controls for most games. With Watered down visuals, kiddie poorly programmed games all without a built in dvd player and no hd. Sometimes people do not like to always to have to move shake their controller to play a game. say I word all day long and just want to sit and play a relaxing game of super mario galaxy. If it was actually a light gun it would kick butt. difference being wii zapper you point and move a crosshair on screen to aim and enemy. and light guns where ever you point the gun at that's what your gonna hit similar to a real gun and same as the use in the arcades. on a positive not its nice you can play all the shooting games with out buying the actual zapper or buying a light gun.

If that game ever got re-released in HD it would look absolutely incredible.

GC was powerhouse in its day. Factor5 produced one of the best graphical games of the entire PS2/GC/Xbox generation.

MW Reflex is fucking ugly, TvC is way better. NFS Shift is not on the Wii (you probably meant Nitro). And Silent Hill does look better than RE. Go play them both and you'll see that SH is way more detailed. It looks far better than the PS2 version by the way...

And SH is rather lowpoly compared to RE-TDSC. Silent Hill doesn't even look as good as RE4 on the Gamecube. It looks the same as on PS2, just on HD and some more textures. Reflex is a port and I didn't want to include ports, and at times it looks so shitty and blurry that I can't even see the difference between a wall and the ground, but at other times it's pretty good... But far, VERY far from the best looking Wii game. And SH is better than the PS2 version... @IGTrace I own the game of Silent Hill, I've gotten as far as that wooden house in the middle ofthe woods, after the police woman lefts you alone in the car, and in the house you have to play a little toy piano to pass the frozen couple and their daughter room. The game looks very "square" because of the low polygones it has, it's shit compared to RE4, it's just a prettied up version of the ps2 but it is last gen graphics non the less. And I mean HD cuz of the 480i.
