Wouldn't mind giving Boxing a go, but I have a much higher body fat percentage than the dudes in this video - I'd probably be asked to leave!

ages are from 8-16 for junior boxing and 16+ for senior classes

This gym is for boxers of any level and no liberties taken. Think chavs are actually banned :-) Boxing technique takes place on Mon, wed and Friday night at 7.30pm! Closest gym to Sandyford also!

Hi, the gym is located in the city centre, it is not too far from Sandyford.

You could feasibly walk here, it wouldn't take long at all by bike. =)

To my knowledge it's the closest boxing gym to you.

Been looking for a boxing Gym for a few weeks now, tried North Benwell but it was full of chavs.. no good to me lol.

Anyone have an creative feedback about this gym? I may have a walk down tomorrow and have a look around :)
