Well I wouldn't say that the belt angle ruined her career. She could go to Japan right now and receive an enormous welcome as well as other places. American promoters (after Deb left the then WWF) did not know how to book her. It wasn't her fault by any means. WCW started to do nearly everything incorrect which made only a certain group of guys look good, and led to the eventual demise of the Company. Had the writers in WCW known how to do there Job that belt angle would have been HUGE!

I'd have to disagree with you PheonixRising77. From a man who spent a little time with Madusa and a whole lotta time with the one and only Sherri, Hands down Sherri was the winner of the two. Sherri was as strong as Madusa you just couldn't see it because Madusa took Steroids and Sherri was against them. Yes I did Know Madusa as a person. Not enormously well, but we've had conversations in the long past. It's not a bad thing she didn't do it to negligence, it was just something she did that she felt would help her fitness level and it did. She remained very safe with her little use of the compounds and was very smart about how she approched it. As she approches nearly everything in her life smartly. Kind of a dare devil but she knows what she can handle.

Also by the time of this particular match Madusa had stopped using steroids and relied on the benefits of good core training and physical practices she learned in japan. This includes martial arts.
