  • @SamBlackSparrow hey in this context the 'sie' means 'they', you can see that because its gesehen, the 'en' meaning its plural and sie is also they which is a plural!!!:D

  • Oef, nice^^

Never now that people would take the trouble to translate the German things into Dutch xD

    My English fails T.T''

  • This is better than "Dark Side of the Sun". And I love "Dark Side of the Sun". =D

All their lyrics are so amazing in German, I feel cheated when I hear and English song first.

  • Ich liebe es. <3.

  • I love this song I thinks it's their best one yet.,.... it is also my best friend's ringtone!

  • Es heißt: HABEN SIE DAS GESEHEN!!!^^

  • @TokioHotel40400 I'm from Holland too and even I know Ham' is right. TH even wrote it in the original songtext. So don't pretend to be smart.

  • @Anna83356 is means "Spaceship captain"

  • dutch is so funny ;D

  • i`m soorrt , but it is: Hab` sie das gesehen .. not : Ham sie dass gesehen:| ..

Du kannst nich so gut Deutsch:| .. Schuldigung

  • @De97Ly haha just because i made a little mistake i'm not good at german? xD

  • @Avantixi yeah she's good in german!!

  • @Avantixi It can also be ham, it's slang. Tokio Hotel uses it in a few of their songs.

  • @Avantixi no Problem, thanks for your work! ;-)

  • @Avantixi

    > i`m soorrt , but it is: Hab` sie das gesehen .. not : Ham sie dass gesehen <

I'm not sure if that's right, I understand "ham Sie das gesehen" either and it seems more logical to me, too, than "hab' Sie das gesehen".

One mistake I can see is the "im schwarze Sonnensystem", it have to be "im schwarzen Sonnensystem", with a N on the end.

By the way, I think your German is very good, especially, if you're still learning.

    I love the song.

Sorry for bad English, I'm German.

  • @Avantixi

Und noch Mensch; Du schriebst Mench.

  • @Avantixi

Und noch Mensch; Du schriebst Mench.

  • @zapachziemi where? and btw, that's just a typing error, i know it is mensch. Still it doesn't make me bad at german.

  • @Avantixi

    I write just. Don't be angry :)

  • @Avantixi Ignore them, I'm English and always making mistakes in my own language, let alone German! :L

  • @De97Ly

    it's HAM sie das gesehen.

    ham = haben

    I'm from austria,

    i speak german (;

  • @De97Ly

"Ham' sie das gesehn" is right. its the short form of "haben sie das gesehen?"

    "hab'" comes from "i have"

the german is very good, I like the vid :)

  • @De97Ly Actually it is "Ham Sie das gesehen"

Ham is slang for haben (the appropriate conjugation for Sie). and dass is a conjunction. When you say, "have you seen that?" the "that" is "das".

Don't correct people when you don't know the language yourself

  • @De97Ly

    It's "ham" of course!

ham means the same as "haben". it's a slang.

and don't say to anyone, that he or she can't speak german well,

    don't think you're better !

I'm from austria, and I know, if it's haben or ham.

  • @De97Ly Ham is a way to write "hab'n", just like "doin" is a way to write "doing", "wanna" = "want to". Lil' shortcuts native speakers use.

    Lg

  • @De97Ly Hey kid, it is Ham sie das gesehen...Ham is a contraction of Haben

Check this out (it's almost magical): anyone can say Wir ham Sie ham und so weiter

  • what das Raumschiffkapit'a'n means? please tell me ^_^ ich liebe tokio hotel!

  • @Anna83356 it means spaceship captain

Sehr gute arbeit mit der niederländischen übersetzung

  • Deutsch... Not dutch

  • @animeparafallout Please look again at the video and than you'll see that dutch is correct ;)

  • @animeparafallout Deutsch is the German word for the language "German"

Dutch is a different language entirely.

  • @animeparafallout lol i did the same thing lol its deutsch and dutch lol :)

  • @animeparafallout lol i did the same thing lol its deutsch and dutch lol :) both languages in the video

  • @animeparafallout

    dutch(in english)=Niederländisch(in german) o sea Holandés

    ;D

  • @animeparafallout Can´t you see that this is 2 languages ... Deutsch and Dutch!!! Idiot. :D:D

  • I speak norwegian, english and a bit german, spanish and french : D

  • very good vid btw =D. I like it very much.

  • das video is echt cool i speake geman

  • super gemaakt! :D

  • sooo schön!! tokio hotel ich liebe euch!!

  • Hello everybody,

that what refers to the languages: I speak 4 languages, english, greek, french and german! Do not panic, it is not so easy to learn German or french, but I love it!

  • what is the difference between dutch and german?

  • @tom0anaisekaulitz People in the Netherlands speak dutch and people in Germany speak German. And for outsiders it may look the same, but it's not, most German people can't speak Dutch and most Dutch people can only speak a little bit German.

  • @Avantixi

Yes, but Dutch and German does really look the same, if you like have a really open mind.. xD. Because i AM dutch and i can understand german very good but i never have learned it or something (:. So some words and the grammer are little bit the same..

  • @Avantixi

I disagree, I am Dutch and we have a subject at school called German, so most people in The Netherlands CAN speak Dutch but can be very difficult for them (they're shy). And I know a German man that never learned how to speak dutch at school but he knows what we're saying because German and Dutch is very similiar.

  • @Avantixi That's funny you even had to explain that. Hahaha.

  • @Avantixi

Ik spreek wel degelijk Duits. (:

  • @Avantixi

Niet echt, maar @ je dingetje op die tom0anaisekaulitz

  • @tom0anaisekaulitz Beside, in German, German is Deutsch, that sounds like Dutch

    (germany: deutschland)

  • Omgosh the lyrics are way better in German. Thanks for the translation!! :D

I still love both versions though :)

  • is it just me or on 1:34 it sounds like Bill saying "i'm a man"

  • Yes.. the Greman and the Englisch songs are verry different

but i find the German songs much better =D

and here in germany on TV they send the englisch one T_T

    *drop*

  • the german songs are better !!

    *-*

  • the german lyrics are totally different from the english ones :DD

  • @xLintu18 They change it to make it sound better with the music. The general meaning is usually conveyed, but to convey the full meaning and poetic nature of a text is a very hard task.

  • @xLintu18 I know its not fair. Like Zoom and Zoom into me. Zoom is much deeper than Zoom into me

  • i wanna learn german really bad

  • @MishiMilkshake yeah, subject, object blablabla, my gooood, i really hate that xD so boooooring xD and i have to learn it at school, i've learned it for two years now ^^

  • @MishiMilkshake oh oke thanks =D

yeah, genau (xD) there are a lot of stupid rules, especially the 1. fall 2. fall 3. fall and the 4. fall, i really hate those things xD

  • What's up with me?

I don't like Tokio Hotel in English.

But I keep on listening to them when they sing German. I just love it so much...

  • OMG i love this song en hou van de vertaling in het nederlands <3

    Thanks for doing that

  • love it :3

  • mispelled deutsch in the title

  • @selenaluna1 No, I wrote not Deutsch but Dutch in the title and that's the language of the Netherlands, a country on the left side of Germany ;)

  • Comment removed

  • AWESOME!!

  • @lexiemay97 I already did Automatisch but somehow youtube blocks it -_- sooo i'll try to upload it again ^^

  • Slowly learning every word. :'] Thanks for the video (Y).

  • @lexiemay97 So did my friend xD

  • does Sonnensystem me Sonnensystem in english??

  • Love it, except that he says "haben sie das gesehen"

    :)

  • Yeah, well, i wasn't really sure actually. Because when you listen he says clearly 'ham', but i'm still learning german, so i didn't know if that gramatical correct was, so i just wrote 'ham'. but i'm going to ask my german teacher ^^

  • Lawl, yeah lawl I am not sure neither, but it is gramatically correct if he says "haben sie" :-)

OR if it is a "she" it should be "Hat sie das gesehen. :-) If it is femininum. ^^

  • Hi, I'm German.

"Ham" is actually wrong. But in Germany all people says "ham" too, because it is colloquial language. :)

  • love it ♥
