Rory, I have a dehydrator (Excalibur 3900) for the first time in my life. I've made kale chips now twice with the Excalibur with the following ingredients: soaked sunflower seeds, olive oil, red bell pepper, fresh garlic, Himalayan pink salt, and cheyenne pepper. They turn out nice and "nacho-y."
