@browndogzr4ever147 Ususally jumbo pencils make good bases on your eyelids for your eyeshadow. So you just apply it over yuor eyelid and use whatever other colors you want on top. They can also just be used to highlight parts of your lid.

@browndogzr4ever147 Most people just use it as a base for eye shadow. Just apply it to the lid before applying eyeshadow and blend. When you apply eye shadow over it, it will make it more vibrant and stay on for longer. Kind of like a primer! You can also use it as a brown bone highlighter if you blend well.
