@StowAlex When did I ever say that this commercial wasn't funny? When did I ever say that I hated comedy? Never, that's when, I said that beer's very existence, not to mention the fact that people drink it, is idiotic, and yes, stupidity is one of the main causes of evil. I'm pretty sure that beer and other drugs were at least indirectly responsible for the deaths from religion (beer and drugs are without a doubt responsible for this one), war, oppression, etc.

Most of the time, the point isn't to make you go right out and buy the product, it's to make you remember the commercial. In here, they were clever enough to use a common slang greeting so that whenever someone's buddy says, "WASSUP?!" you'll think of this commercial and hopefully talk about how funny it was.

The moment beer was invented eons ago, we should have looked at its effects and said, "Ok, this is bad no matter what amount we drink, let's make sure nobody ever drinks it" same with tobacco and other drugs.
