um, i wouldn't assume a jacket would let me keep my shoes & belt on... i think the point is that you can carry a lot through with less hassle than a bag of stuff. But a knife would still show up in xray i assume..

it was not that easy. they cut him taking his shoes on and off and him taking his belt on and off.
