There wasn't "a move" that caused it. When the horn sounded to end the round the fighter didn't get up. The face/ neck cranking from trying to gain position is probably what caused it. His adrenaline was pumping so he didn't notice the pain until the guy got off of him.
What a statement, without any inductive strength in logic. You have but to prove it with the necessary premises and then you will have listener's.
