It isnt ABC, you can tell because the notes coming from his instrument are not hallowed out. The ones that are from ABC are hallowed out and you can see straight through them, and as you can see here the notes coming from his Lute are solid. So shove it noob.

i think he is using an ABC file. These files are specificly made up for being used in lotro music system.

All you haveto do is to create a folder in your documents and setting\"user"\lotro\music and put inside these abc files. Then in game just type /music to start the music sessiond and then /play "ABCfilename" and your character will start to play the song you choose.
