What settings did you use? 20x Optical or 200x Digital?

I tried with the exact same camera and I got a white fuzz ball.

I don't know the best settings.

I used the auto settings for recording. It is possible to change some settings at the manual mode. I changed the Brightness and other points for a little test. @1:20 you see my manual changes (The moon is less bright...).

You get crappy quality in the dark because, its in the dark!!! it needs some light for it to look good. Mostly all cameras are like this.
