  • yeah i do dips and i can confidently say that my tir ceps are much stronger than my bi ceps,Doing a set and doing 5 set in 20 minutes(with interchangeable workouts such as push ups and pull ups)will do the trick.

  • Yes, it is also like dips.  It is actually better to put your legs straight out then what's shown in this video.

  • without wheels lol lets use the wheels as more of resistance, LOL!!!! XD tricep dips do kinda work i guess... but the best effective workout routine is cardio and aerobics. 30 mins a day, spread out durring the day if needed, of one then the next day we do the other. working out the body in small parts each day. (arms day one, day 2 abs, day 3 legs, etc)

  • Tricep Dips, I prefer Dumbells overhead tri's, it works much better than those.
