Sorry but that gut is huge. He's just added a lot of weight since he retired. He didn't retire that long ago but he looks like a truck driver that's been on the job for 25 years.

A guy like Brandon Shanahan who's a lean guy will probably take care of himself well despite being retired. I see him staying in shape or at least refrain from eating steaks at every meal.
