generel shop is just a normal shop isent it? generel shops are bad when it comes to games. i would recommend you just buy games from a real game shop such as game, gamestation, and all those places. or just order a new game from amazon

Ouch...man your video card doesnt support that shader model, so you need a NEW video card, also a new cpu because even on low it might lag a bit, so I recommend a new CPU with your video card.

man... of course you can't play the game... the error were cause by your video card settings... you don't have the right ones to play... try a Geforce 9600 ou a Radeon 4500... and you need a better processor too... like a recomended for the game... a Core 2 Quad... got it ?

It's about your processor. Get an AMD Athlon dual core +5200 atleast. Just that your GHz amount in your processor is above the 2.4. We have the same processor so i know that you have a 2.21 ghz processor. But it could still be something else that's wrong with your computer. RAM memory or graphics card.

du musst die auslagerungs mänge verändern, (keine Angst, da passiert sonst nix unerwartetes!)

wo du die umstellen kannst, musst du nochmal googlen, aber die muss das 1.5 Fache deiner Ram größe sein:

z.b.: du hast 4 gb ram, und dann musst du die auslagerungs datei auf das 1.5 Fache erhöhen, also 6GB

Well I don't share your problems, works fine on my 2gb 4870x2, 9gb RAM and Core i7 940 setup (I have more disposable income than most I know) You might be lucky and they will fix it in a patch. Or it might be fixed with a video driver update. Or your screwed.
