This is a good measure. I support the mayor's initiative. If they don't hear you from the central (national) government you should address the matter in the EU.
I only hope that fines are not simply slaps on the wrist, otherwise governments will simply ignore them.
Greece is a beautiful country; not for long. Like the video mentions, the ecology is important! The world is turning into a wasteland - acidity in water is going up, problems with polution...LOOK AT CHINA! Next generation mutants will surely come from there!
