i think sara is part of the company, remember in season 2 at the end when mahone stopped her before she was going to meet michael on the boat by the chicago doughnuts shop? she got arrested then the next thing u know shes on the boat in panama waiting for michael and link to turn up, conveniently shoots bill kim and puts mike in prison to get whistler out... too much of a coinsidence for me!
