I'm surprised you liked the Sting/Rick Rude match. I thought it was terrible. Sting and Rude exchanged front headlocks for most of the match, and there were a few botches. It's a one-star match at best, in my opinion.
PERFECT review. Exactly what I thought about it. The documentary was very in-depth UP UNTIL around '94, and then it becomes very rushed.
It's totally bogus how both the "Monday Night Wars" and "Rise and Fall of WCW" DVD's include large sections on both the nWo and Goldberg, but nothing on Sting and the most dramatic and captivating character change in wrestling history. Sting coming down from the rafters to fight the nWo throughout '97 was just as huge as Goldberg's streak was throughout '98.
could have been better...yes...but was still better than the shit they usually make...he made refrence to ecw dvd...i actually thought that was way too long...so both have downfalls...but are both worth buying
i feel with these dvds is that they should pay respect to the wrestlers such as sting who as flair says was their version of the ultimate warrior only a hundred times better, i can understand that they are from the rival company but i feel like them doing that is really hurting the dvd and the fans who buy it.
but kudos for having some of the older wcw wrestlers in there commenting but i honestly felt it should have been longer also, i felt like there should have been more.

Sting was WCW. If your not going to talk about him, you have nothing to talk about. The DVD was horrible.

really good point on the guys that helped out WCW in the late 80s early 90s, Sting, Steiners, and etc weren't mentioned in the DVD
