Overclocking a watch or making a timer on your computer doing at half the speed is quite easy.

But she has uploaded live video's, so it doesn't really matter.

It IS possible if they recorded the MIDI whilst recording the video, and then sped up the playback of the MIDI in accordance with speeding up the video, then threw the MIDI back to the piano and re-recorded the audio.

This does look sped up, i'm not denying that, but i've seen weirder things that are true, so i'm impressed regardless. :)
