not much may agree with me but i personally believe that in the history of movie villains, t-1000 and joker are like to best... cant think of any others.
The way Robert Patrick shows no emotion and jus pure evil chasing was PRICELESS
Beside the great CGI and special effects there was also good acting from Robert Patrick that dead look in his eyes, he never blinks and that fast run without him ever taking a breath just good fisicul acting.
Terminator 2 was the best in the series. Arnold plays a better good guy than a villain in my opinion, and I think the T-1000 was more evil than the T-X. I dont care how much more advanced the T-X is, Robert Patrick played a better Terminator than Kristanna Loken. There was a lot more action in the 2nd one as well. It started off well and ended well. Fuck T3, it should have never been made.
t3 sucked balls... it was so fake, worst story line, terrible actors.. almost ruined the terminator name... T1` and T2 were both masterpieces though...
I think the T-1000 was a WAY better model than the T-X. Because it was only a prototype, the T-1000 still had some faults. If they had reevaluated it some way, it would have been the best killer robot ever!!
I think X would own him. She could use repeated plasma shots, EMP, or who knows what to beat down the T-1000 until he is dead. She has the capacity to build actual firearms, and store them inside her through time travel, far superior to the T-1000. But he was still awesome for way back in 1991!
T-X would lose, badly, simply because T-X was created by a retarded no talent hack who thought he was a writer, and a retarded no talent hack who thought he was a director, pissing on the corpse of a great franchise by replacing an articulate, well rounded, well conceived and well acted T-1000 character with some blonde bimbo who barely speaks english, whose lines throughout the entire movie are limited entirely to "I like your car/bike"

I feel so so bad for the Hot Sexy T2 Black Shades at 0:59 oh man the T - 1000 doesn't care about them I felt so so bad I have been wanting to have a couple of pairs of those for like the longest longest time but they're not cheap I think but I would buy them a couple if somebody was selling them for a reasonable price.

I like the way he runs. he runs with the exact same motion in every scene; very forceful and energetic, yet strangely artificial and mechanical at the same time. perfectly captures the essence of the t-1000.
I like Robert Patrick. They made a good chose choosing him for the role of the T-1000. There has been talk that he will reprise the role of the character in the fifth Terminator movie due to follow Terminator Salvation in 2011. I really hope he does. It would be great if his character disguises himself as a police officer again. He looks good in the uniform.

The only reasoning I have to respond to that was maybe Cameron wanted to take T2 to more epic levels; he wanted to focus on the big picture, give it a sense of grand scale that the first didn't have, and in doing so sacrificed evil chases/battles for story and character development. Why did James Cameron not direct Terminator 3!? and why did this ultimate bad ass not return in it. It would have been realy cool if T3 had 3 Terminators in it, then you would have Arnold the hard steal, Robert Patrick(T-1000) Liqiud Metal, and some third guy maid by Metal Steam it could have been realy NICE COOL!!!:).
I agree. The T-1000 was only destroyed because of circumstantial reasons. It is by far the most dangerous of all terminators, not just because of its abilities, but because unlike all other terminators, it operates under only one mode: completely autonomous, independent of Skynet, and capable of learning without any programming impairing this. With this, it has a definite advantage over the TX or any other terminator, which normally operates under read-only.
it sounds like youve spent the past 20 years in ur basement researching skynet and t-1000s hoping to one day build a t-1000 of ur own in order to control the world or possibly just to see what happens when u kick it in the nuts
funniest thing about terminator 1 and 2 ..is i realised both bad terminators have sumthing in common....penis peepshow:) in the first one when arnies walking towards the punks...u can c his bits! and in T2...if u have the movie its easier to c, but the bit where the t-1000 is bending down naked to get the coppers gun, then looks around, u can see his too:)maybe its a joke to the bad guys i dont know...LOVE these movies though:):):)number 4 wont be the same without arnie!!

After watching T2 again, since I havnt seen it ages, I was abit disapointed. It doesnt really compare to the original.
I felt abit cheated out of a 'bad terminator'.
