if thats sung by faye wong, i wouldnt even doubt who composed and arranged it. this is sooooo faye wong. lol, i love bowie, i love all musicians who embrace the WORLD wholeheartedly.
Isn't David cool? I have found songs on here in German & French too. He is truely universal. I look forward to the Japanese song 'Girls'. Thank you again :)

i am a hong kong girl,i think Bowie sings Mandarin version ,very impressive!becasue my mother language is some kind of Mandarin .however,i hardly know what he is singing!lol,i can listen some of them ,not all.i feel funny anyway,my hero sings chinese song!!wow, bravo!!!unbelievable!
First I thought Bowie was trying to be fancy singing this song in Mandarin but i'll take that back since I just found out it is the most widely spoken language in the world.
This song has so much friggin energy. Everytime i play this song rather im home or in my car. I have to crank it to the fullest !! Love the lyrics as well.
Any chance of you posting the lyrics? I'm a first year student of Mandarin and I would love to bring this song to class to share with my classmates. Thank you.
No, the lyrics show up on my screen as question marks, I'm guessing it doesn't read characters. For all of us to be able to see them, you'd have to either post them in Pinyin, or email it to everyone who wants them. My email address is eugenia.pascual at gmail dot com. If you would be so kind...
I'm 100% sure he knows what he's singing about. He wouldn't have been David Bowie if he had skipped that part. His phonetical skills in Chinese are rudimentary, but he's still doing a decent Mandarin singing.
This is out of this world! David Bowie singing in Mandarin. Any budding singer should try to be like him. Think of the massive Chinese market. 1.3 odd billion people. You'll be even more famous than the most famous singers in the world.
The Mandarin lyrics are great but do you have the English version?
