  • BULL SHIT AD !,

Meth does not turn you into that or make you do that shit,

INFACT because meth makes u feel so good and happy you would not even bother to steal because everything is awesome in life, who ever makes these adverts is a fucking cunt fuck

  • @xXRiTaLiNx

It's not bullshit.Google crank bugs and you'll see graphic pictures of REAL people with nasty sores on their skin from digging "bugs" out of themselves.Meth is highly addictive and when people don't have money to get their fix, they steal, sell their bodies,or whatever else they have to do.That's not just with meth, that could be with with crack, heroin, whatever. The people that make these advertisements are doing something good for the community. You're an idiot.

  • @Delpha77

Yes it is bullshit, yes yesi have googled myself idiot, and btw its idiots like you searching for all that stuff, also you do know that the goverment control everything right?

    think again dipshit.

  • @xXRiTaLiNx

Um actually I only searched the pictures which was last night because I learned all of that stuff in class throughout the week.If the government is telling people not to do meth..that's a bad thing? You're a fucking idiot. It's real, that shit happens. No one that up.Why would they? That's stupid.I'm guessing you're a lowlife meth head. There are ppl out there that loose friends and loved ones from drugs, and you're sitting there saying it's not real and it's okay!?Dumb bitch.

  • @xXRiTaLiNx

I'm right you're wrong. You sound ignorant.Idc about anything else you have to say.Reply if you want,i'm not gonna read it anyways.

  • They don't tie people to beds like that anymore.

  • @svenypoodles If someone is a threat to themselves or others- like acting out violently and self-injuring, banging their head against the wall, attacking other patients, then yeah, they do restrain them like that.

  • @MandaT1980 No they don't. They detox them and give them a benzo to calm them down. They may be given haloperidol if they are experiencing psychotic symptoms, but gone are the days of permanent physical restraints. He says 23 hours a day. That was what we did with crazy people before the pharmaceutical revolution.

  • @svenypoodles However, you forget that some people can have dual addictions to benzos and meth, and therefore, benzos are inappropriate for treating them. Also, in acute situations, sometimes there is no choice but to use restraints. Also, different people respond to drugs differently, and sometimes they are unresponsive to the maximum dose. In that case, they are again left without recourse. It's not common to have someone in physical restraints, no. But it does happen.

  • @MandaT1980 The benzo isn't necessary cause most antipsychotics keep people pretty docile. For someone to be restrained for 23 hours they must be constantly violent. Once docile they must be released within 15 minutes. A healthy individual would not be able to maintain the energy necessary to warrant those restraints for that long. The physical demand of the criteria would kill them. Besides they must also have a range of motion for comfort which those restraints don't allow. It's unrealistic.

  • @MandaT1980 You can play the what if game forever. Tell people if you get addicted to meth and if you are unresponsive to all mood stabilizers and all anxiolytics and despite being malnurished are able to put up a fight for endless hours then you will be restrained like this. It's ludicrous. The reality of meth addiction is horrifying enough to deter people. It is the most dangerous drug. Truth is more powerful than the fantansy.

  • @svenypoodles If you think meth is the most dangerous drug, you should look up information on krokodil. And people under the influence of drugs can do things that "normal" people are not capable of. I WISH that what you said about antipsychotics keeping people pretty docile were true, but there are some people who are simply med resistant, which is part of why they likely chose meth to begin with. Most addicts are trying to self-medicate. I'm definitely not arguing that meth is horrible. It is.

  • @MandaT1980 When I say meth is the most dangerous I am considering that meth can be easily manufactured (one method causes similar tissue damage to krokodil), causes people to disregard all physiological needs, affects mood, causes psychosis, is neurotoxic, is hemotoxic, but most importantly it has the highest abuse liability of any other drug. People are not generally drug resistant its specific. Antipsychotics are not abused. Theres not correlation between meth and antipsychotic insensitivity

  • @svenypoodles I never insinuated that people abuse antipsychotics. That is almost unheard of. I said SOME people are drug resistant. Some people just don't respond well to medication. For instance, individuals with bipolar often fail to respond to meds, or find it difficult to be med compliant. Individuals with eating disorders also have a decreased sensitivity to meds. People with borderline often find it difficult to be med compliant and seek other ways to self-medicate or self destruct.

  • @MandaT1980 "... anti-psychotics... some people who are simply med resistant, which is part of why they likely chose meth to begin with. Most addicts are trying to self-medicate." Theres your insinuation. Resistance to antipsychotics wouldn't contribute to meth abuse.

  • @svenypoodles People seek relief in irrational ways. They don't know what it is that they are resistant to. They just know that they are looking for some way to quiet the inner demons. If someone can't get relief in a conventional way, especially someone with an addictive personality, they are going to look for relief however they can find it.

  • @MandaT1980 What you say is completely true and has not been disputed. But no matter how true that point is that is not the point you made. You said that people would be inhumanely restrained if they have a resistance to antipsychotics, which drove them to meth use in the first place. It's wrong and has nothing to do with whether or not people are restrained in such a way. For that matter neither does your last point.

  • @MandaT1980 Also drugs don't give you super powers. Yes people ON drugs have been known to do remarkable things, BUT meth only lasts several hours. They would go into withdrawal one of the symptoms of which is fatigue. They would probably go through detox so they would return to some form of normalcy. PS considering the pharmachodynamics of meth I would think that an addict would be sensitized to a typical antipsychotic which would cause drowsiness and muscle rigidity.

  • @svenypoodles Also, you are neglecting to mention that people with meth addiction often suffer from comorbid conditions that may make them more likely to engage in risky or dangerous behaviors, and put themselves and others at risk as a result. I'm sure 23 hours in restraints IS very rare, but the point of this campaign was to display the extremes of meth abuse. In summary, drugs are bad, mmmkay?

  • @MandaT1980 This campaign shows the reality of meth. Sadly everything but the restraints are not unrealistic. I didn't neglect anything. The use of physical restraints is highly restricted, and rarely extended past the usual four hour limit. 23 hour restraints for more than one day is inhumane and illegal. The doctor would lose their license. The patient would likely die.

  • 23 hours a day in a cell. The other hour? He was taking imaginary arrows to the knee.

  • @lanarexy4ever that's the only funny arrow to the joke i've ever seen.

  • How many of these montana meth project ads are thyere? they seem to be endless

  • you fucking idiots, yeah meth is bad i did it for 10 years and got off of it with no prob. i never once seen bugs in my skin or any of the stupid shit these adds are talking about. why dont they ask a real addict what its like. fuck all u non-knowing fucks

  • @trixr4kids007 Each person has a different perspective when they do meth, you mustve did around 1/10th of a crystal to be able to get off of it that easy, if ur even and addict and not a troll

  • @trixr4kids007 Something tells me the goal of these ads is not to make meth seem "not that bad."

  • these vids make u want to watch more lol "not even once"

  • I actually know people that did meth and thought they had bugs in their skin!! This stuff is very true please stay away I call it the devil drug it is very evil! • This makes me really sad because I actually know a guy who did meth, beat his mom to death with a bat and is now living a mental hospital thinking he is part of the sopranos show. So sad what meth can actually do to people.

  • This is all real. And people decide they want this? Why?

  • @_@ The imaginary bugs thing got to me.

  • @KittyKraz13 Ew it made my skin feel creepy.... XD

  • @KittyKraz13 When I was in middle school and they talked about drugs. The one freaked me out was when they talked about the imaginary bugs you see and try to get off when you're on meth. That, and how people begin to look after doing meth for awhile.
