this is a decent mix but you're basically just fading into each song, it is clean but it would be better if you mixed in snippets and beat matched earlier in the songs before you blended, that's real mixing. that's what i used to do.

otherwise, not bad.

Thanks. KROQ (pronounced k-rock) is another name this music was known by, as well as New Wave. Some people even called it Mod. I think they called it KROQ because of the radio station that was mostly playing this music back in the 80's. I'm not sure though.

Nice trax selection, practice more because the mix is not there yet. You have good potential though, so keep practicing and dump those cd players for a set of 1200's, you will learn more of what a dj is supposed to be.
