  • To be honest, I don't do any sports, just train hard, I was doing, and still do, the M100's, but this here has made me so strong, I can't believe how good I feel after half an hour of these every day... People world wide pay ridiculous money to lose weight and get fit, yet they seem to be unwilling to do the hard work. There is nothing wrong with doing this in the comfort of your home... Brilliant video, more!!!

  • Hey thank you guys very much as well. One question though ? when doing the triangle choke exercise do you spread your legs wider before you lock your foot behind your knee. I am 5'6" and have shorter legs, so do I need to allow a wider spread.?
