To be honest, I don't do any sports, just train hard, I was doing, and still do, the M100's, but this here has made me so strong, I can't believe how good I feel after half an hour of these every day... People world wide pay ridiculous money to lose weight and get fit, yet they seem to be unwilling to do the hard work. There is nothing wrong with doing this in the comfort of your home... Brilliant video, more!!!
Nice drills a good explanation. Next time please put a smile on your faces and a bit more enthusiasm guys. Bjj is fun, those in the vid look like faces of
employees who are working a 40 hr week job in the office :-|
Thank you guys sooooo much for these exercises...God Bless you guys, these exercises i know will help improve my grappling and help me burn more calories.
Hey thank you guys very much as well. One question though ? when doing the triangle choke exercise do you spread your legs wider before you lock your foot behind your knee. I am 5'6" and have shorter legs, so do I need to allow a wider spread.?

Great, but if you can incorporate the practical application in the video, that would be awesome. Thanks for making the video.

@Judotrainhard Watch some mma or jiu jitsu matches and their practical application will quickly become apparent. =D
