I guess they don't hire anyone that acts like a total health nut, because anything low sugar, low fat, or low calories are banned from any crab boat; which is good enough for me, those kind of food makes me eat more. You need all the calories you can get to be used as energy.

So do I. It takes a lot to be able to go out each season and risk one's life like that. And the coolest part is their really humble about their job. I met the Northwestern crew last year at Sea Fair and they were shocked when half the crowd swarmed at 'em with pens, papers, and cameras.

@ShellShock1967 Anywhere in Alaska, really. In salmon and crabbing, you'll lose weight. But only if you grind. If you get those huge sets during salmon and make only 4 a day, you'll get fat. Grinding is what makes you lose weight.

THEY don't own the crabs. They have a quota that they have to meet before the end of the season. If they eat the crabs, they have to catch more to replace them.
