In Japan it took them only 6 days to rebuild the first roads. Thats simply incredible and I can promise you it wont look like shit for 10-20 years like after hurricane Katrina in New Orleans where the broken homes are left to rot.

But today my mother told me "Every country has its good and bad people" she also told me "there are also bad chinese people" and that made me realise that in this earthquake, there was still good people that died. :(
