TIP - For this difficult boss fight, use the Disintegrator Ray for the soldiers and Majestics, PK for the robots, and the ION DETENATOR for Armquist. Grab refills from the 2 trees. Run around the ship on the brick pedestal like you're some kind of squirrel. Let him slowly chase you, launch ION Detenator, run around, detonate, repeat.
