In case anyone is wondering, that quote is from the 1982 movie "Blade Runner" staring Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer (when he was in shape) and Sean Young. It's a GREAT movie; check it out if you haven't seen it. It's from 1982 but it's timeless; it would be a great movie if re-released. I'm sure that a remake is in our future.
