  • They need a TV cam there.

  • me toooooooooooooooooooooo

  • remove everything electronic on the cars, make them drive real pure mechanical machines, and bring back v10's. then we will have a race not just a procession behind a redbull. also allow movable aero, it makes it harder to drive therefore better racing, therefore more exciting

  • bring back the 3.0 V10 and it´s scream!

    Downgrade the brakes.

Do another downgrade in aerodinamics... and them modify it in every 3 years.

Eliminate 50% of the high tech gismos...

    bring back the driver´s era.

  • @juvenaldamasceno itll be like indy500? i think forula1 should be the best of the best. the best engines the best technology(even tho it was so entertaining in the past we should still move on) the 3.0 v10 should be in those cars though !!!!!!!!!!!

  • hamilton and who ?

  • @Hadidi89

James Rossiter. Super Aguri's Friday and test driver during a portion of the 2007 season and all of 2008. He was on loan from Honda, Super Aguri's engine supplier and "partner".

  • Been there in 2009 - supporting Raikkonen!!!!

Believe me F1aholics, it`s EVERYTHING you`d imagine the best corner to be!

  • have been there. its an amazing experiance i will never forget

  • How do those cars not bottom out? Suspension must be fkin stiff, even by F1 standards.

  • Spa, Monza and Suzuka - best F1 circuits ever!!!!

  • Best corner in the world

    #2 = Pouhon.. 6 corners after this one! :P

  • @tjbayliss totally agreed

    great corners!

  • @TheKnoppersVidz Best F1 corners...

    #1 Eau Rouge (Spa)

    #2 Pouhon (Spa)

    #3 MaggottsBecketts (Silverstone)

    #3 Spoon (Suzuka)

    :)

  • @tjbayliss Do you mean Spoon or 130R at Suzuka?

  • @sultanabran1 Both awesome, but if I had to pick a favourite it would be 130R, love it.

  • I swear I'm going to Eau Rouge befor I die

  • @Villeneuve27 i did already more than 100 times .

thats becaus i live in belgium ;)

  • @Villeneuve27 been there done that loved it !!!

  • @Villeneuve27 i did already more than 100 times ;)

    cuz i live in belgium

  • @Villeneuve27 ive been for F1, its even more amazing when you're there ;)

  • @Villeneuve27 if i may advise you. go to spa while the fia gt1 is there, go there the whole week, be there at the unpacking day. you can get literally everywhere, i walked on the cirquit and eau rouge itself, and i walked in the pitlane making conversations with all the drivers and mechanics and touched all the cars like lambo lp670-sv-gt-r. completely free. i did this, it was amazing. i can send you pics so you can see how you can get everywhere. best. track. ever.

  • @TheEvanovitch Most weekends are like that ;)

  • @Lectrotraxx i know but not formula races, this is closest to the experience of the sound ( maybe even better) and the richdom and the whole circus behind it

  • f1 will never sound the same or look the same . tanx FIA! bastards!

  • can I use your word to express my feeling about Portuguese WRC round ?!

They move it to the south were people don't know what's rally... You can easily see more people on the roads for the National Rally in the North, than in the WRC event on the South!!! Hotels, Swimming pools and Golf, Hotter, everything FIA people need to be happy!!

  • nooob

  • indeed, F1 is doing eau rouge flat out !

  • That looks way faster than on TV :)

  • and it still on your "TV" :)))))

(is record lower than in the race view)

  • Eau Rouge IS full throttle these days.

  • no joke buddy, unless it rains, Eau Rouge is flat out in F1 these days with or without mushrooms!

  • Schumacher was the first one to make Eau Rouge flat out in his earlier days. Today it's not problem. The 2008 cars can drive it easily flat out. With the 2009 cars it might be a bigger challange.

  • U are wrong, first driver that make flat out in Eau Rouge, was "Keke" Rosberg and that was 1982, so not gredits to michael.

  • I would love to see videos. (not that I disagree with you... just because we have to do something until march, right ? :DDD)

  • jacque villenueve was the second to flat out?

  • With the new V8 engines, F1 are able to do Eau Rouge at full throttle. If you go on the official F1 site , in the video-on boards section, you can watch a Hamilton's 2008 onboard (his pole lap), you will see him doing Eau Rouge flat out.

  • what are you guys sayin have you ever driven there ? actualy stand before the corner walked upon it ? after you walk up there the track takes a lil left now and it go's a lil downhill for like 10 meter and then a flat straight full speed is impossible they actualy have to let go of the gas a bit until they reach the line and then flat out in the outcome. been there alot of times. a toyota driver tried it in 2004 and failed pretty hard

  • cool man

  • that was cool. this gives me a taste of what it would sound like and look like if I was at one of these f1 events someday :D . also the super aguri sounds so much slower than the mclaren. and go lewis hamilton!!

  • Both the Aguri and Honda were by far the loudest/shrillest of the cars this year and last year (2008, 2007), I think Rossiter was just not pushing it very hard. If you do plan on hitting up a F1 event, DO IT! It is awesome. You wont believe how loud they really are. Don't wear earplugs ;) Loud but worth it!

  • hey man on a different subject, there is an f1 racing game for the playstation 3. I bought it and the honda engines are the loudest and the most different sounding ones lol. Anyway lol. Yeah I keep hearing that my father and my firends have gone and they say nothing but good things. But they always talk about the sounds lol. what gp did u go to? .

  • I've been to the Canadian GP three times, the US GP once and this summer I will be going to the Belgian GP as well. Thats really interesting that the Hondas in the PS3 game are so loud and unique, they must have really done their homework... lucky folks!

  • oh really where are you from?. I am canadian and it was a dream of mine to go to the canadian gp. obviously those dreams are shattered for now :\ . Well don't lose your lunch when you look at the new 09 cars first hand :P . They are horrible.

Yea the game is pretty good . Ea sports had full intentions of making a perfect f1 game but it's lacking a few things :\ . Look up " f1 ce " right here on youtube. It's a fun game :D .

  • Well, I am from Seattle but I have spent a LOT of time out in Montreal over the past few years. I think you will be able to see a GP somewhere in North America in the next few years. Especially with the USF1 team announced. Yeah, the new cars don't look so great. They had better perform thats all I can say. All these regulation changes better not be for nothing. Hope you get to see a GP sometime soon! Take care.

  • yes good point. But racing in north america is gone as of now so... have to wait and see what happens in the future. It would have been nice to see those new cars racing around montreal. at gilles circuit.

  • the honda engine is asmatic

  • what that mean?

  • cool

  • That's insane! great footage. Thanks for uploading

  • going there next year for a trackday

  • Rossiter levanta el pie...XD

  • como para no jajajaj el chaval no kerria tener una super-ostia jajajaj

  • People make such a big deal about TC. The drivers say there is little difference and they're right. They're all skilled. They are all generally faster without TC this year than last year. And Eau Rouge is an absolute nothing in a Formula 1 car these days after a few laps. It is easy flat. TC isn't even needed there because there is so much downforce.

  • I reckon people are thinking about the exit as it comes over the crest, maybe loss of traction making the wheels spin? Even so, you're right about the amount of downforce. Spa is quite a high df circuit anyway.

  • Wrong - 95% is exactly where TC makes a difference - before everyone was flat - now they gotta control it!

  • No, you're wrong, Brainman. Eau Rouge is easy flat no matter TC or no TC. They need less downforce and V10 power for it to be a challenge again. Now it is just an amazing thrill for the driver (as opposed to being a challenging thrill).

  • Wow. Eau rouge without traction control is gonna really separate the men from the boys.

  • 2nd car is DEF less committed trough there. enginenote is for sure different. maybe a little lift

  • You can't NOT be committed through Eau Rouge now, it's easy flat.

  • hopefully it will improve when they reduce the downforce by 50% in 2009

  • It's more than likely that as in 2005, when downforce was reduced by 25-30%, the teams will find ways to lessen the deficit. That's what destroyed the racing even more...

  • well apparantly mosely is insisting they actually cut the downforce hugely this time. It shouldnt be that hard to do it. GP2 is where its at anyway, pity about the standard of drivers in it though.

  • The racing is certainly been back since '07!

  • I Was At SPA About 2 Years Ago, There Was A RUN Around The Track One Night Where Everyone Was Alound To Run Around The Track Once, It Was Awsum =D

I Did The Run In 47 Minits :)

You Don't Realise How Steep Eau Rouge Is Until You Go There In Real Life :)

  • first car was much more commited you can hear it with the engine note! which one was who? this is test day f1 or gp2? cant see cars too small

  • F1............first car is hamilton
