hi! are you taking vitex and evening primrose oil only until ovulation ?because your not supposed to take them after ovulation or thats what i've read anyway, and I used to take both of them in the past. Anyway good luck to you, I hope it won't be much longer before you can move on to pregnancy vlogs instead .
Well I havent had a period in 3 mths, so Ive been taking the vitex/evening primrose oil/and other herbs for a month now. I havent stopped since I dont have any clue when I ovulate due to strange irregular cycles. Im guessing I ovulated last week, but Im still taking them until I get a period or get pregnant. Im still so confused with whats going on with me.
It must be difficult with your irregular cycles. I was just letting you know because it causes uterine contractions so thats why its not supposed to be taken after ovulation as it would cause problems,but since you don't know yet whats going on with your cycle i guess it would be ok. Hopefully the stuff will regulate your cycle soon.
