J-Man, the Atkins diet is great. I did it once... and being a carnivore more than an omnivore, I absolutely loved it. 2 things though... you have to eat homemade food and eating that much meat can take a toll on your wallet. It took a week or 2 for my body to adjust but after that I really felt healthier and the excess lbs dropped. Just keep at it.
