@sesshora44 lol that's absolutely not true, it depends on the ground-level wind speed. If there's no wind then yeah you'll have to run with it to get it in the air, but if it's a pretty breezy day you don't have to move.

you can use basic dowel rods, found in every hobby shop and most wal-marts/targets. Cheap, they are very cheap.
