Not really, notice beyonce greets the crowd during the hook when shes not required to sing unlike ciara who shouts what, huh, or come on every 15 seconds during a verse because shes danced so hard shes out of breath. Even though I like ciara beyonces overall presentation is more organized and polished, its a clear cut formula designed for each element of a great act (singing, dancing, theatrics) to reach a peak at different times in a performance.
