I can't stand whoever produces the track meets these days. If you want us to be truly impressed by these incredible feats, you have to have a proper camera angle. The way it follows the athlete makes it seem like they're not jumping that far. If they zoomed out and didn't move the camera for the actual jump and you saw them fly more than 12 times their height, you would be even more in awe.

@Leftyy15 Whoops confused myself with triple jump numbers. Still, jumping 4 times their height is damn impressive. Go outside and mark off 8 meters, and you will be AMAZED someone can do that with one jump. If you haven't seen it live, you should try to.

I am 17 and I can jump 20 ft consitantly. My farthest jump is 21"7'. I am a junior. Wen I was in 8th grade I jumped 18"11'.

wow im 15 right now and my personal best is only 14'' 5.6" im guessing it makes a difference to have that much room to build up speed, cuz right now we only count 14 steps for where we start

was that 28 feet? I tried to read the thing by the sand pit. I tried the long jump and got I believe 13.5 feet average, but that was last year and I only long jumped once, My coach told me I would have gone much farther if I didn't have as much height and a bit more speed (I'm a high jumper with a personal record of 5 feet 4 inches.) I've been training as a parkour runner before track started so I know that long jump will be a great thing for me :) by the way, amazing jump Lewis!
