Looks to me like you definately had 3-4 reps with 495, but you're definately not a 600 bencher and I have no doubt on that. 500 X 2 is nothing to be ashamed of. Why did you post yourself doing a fake 600?

Not at that level though. Truth is, Andy Haman is a competitive bodybuilder, not a bench press competitor. A 600 pound bench is extremely elite. Not to mention, he was in contest condition in that video. Coleman could only press 365 X 10 in contest condition versus 500 X 5 bulking. 600 is way out of this guys league. Not to mention, isn't it ironic that the plates he used to bench 600 were made by the only company in the world that make fake plates? That's all I'm saying.

Wow Andy, it IS true that you were using fake plates when you said you could bench 600x4. haha what a fraud. He even needed a little spotter help to get 500 up for two reps and he wanted people to believe he was the "strongest bodybuilder in the world" since he can "bench more and curl more than anyone else competing today". Too bad many other bodybuilders can hit more than 500x2. What a faker.
