Go into your hitmancontracts.ini file, and add 'ENABLECONSOLE 1' and 'ENABLECHEATS 1' to it using wordpad, then save it. Now go into the game and type IOIPENNY quite slowly. You'll see a message and get the tube! Also, if you now press SHIFT and ESC you get a little menu that lets you be invisible, god mode etc.
