i worked in h.s. because my dad made me learn the value of the dollar. i saved the money or used it for my "wants". my middle class family did not want or need any of my small income.
Do you know how much work there is to do on a farm? Did you know that America used to be made of family farms, but the federal government destryed them.
I can't even find a job, I applied to about 10 places but nothing close to getting a position. Get this, I even applied to McDonalds, probably the most easiest job to get, but nothing... I am very angry that this recession is happening. Stupid politicians, Government blah blah crap.
im 16 and i also want a job.. but they wont hire me because of my age or because theres no job for me.. i need it because its summer vacation and all & i want to do fun activities for myself because my mom cant give me money so i am taking the responcebility of making
my own money to buy what i need and want and also i can help my mom hopefully i will find a job..
I am 17, living on my own, looking for a job and because of my age they will not hire me. I have no money to get myself any form of transit. And I really want to go to college next fall so everything during this time is really hard for me. Paying bills is extremely ruff and things like housing departments and all of the other stuff.. food stamps etc.. Will not except me because of my age.
Just wanted to clue you in coming first hand from another teen.

Too many people on the planet meaning not enough jobs for everybody and the facts that people have been spending more than they make.
