@cheesist ...No This is the long range mountains On the Northern Peninsula Hundreds of km of mountains that runs the length of the the west coast and from Gros Mourne park North to Roddickton(And the White hills Near St Anthony)....We Are accessing the Mountains from Hawkes Bay in this Video....
The lewis hills are a Small southern section of the same mountain range on the other side of corner brook between the "Blow me Downs" and Stephenville ...
hit a and rock drove the pan up against the brake disc....not a big fan of the disc cover needs to be beefier in my opinion if its going to be that low...riding off trail your going to run stuff over quite often...going to try to find additional coverage to put there for my new sled...wasn't an issue with my rev, going to have to get used to driving around some stuff instead of running it down lol..if anyone knows of a beefier cover available let me know please
Hey your famous. I pick up a copy of Sledworthy at the big Snow Show in Toronto last weekend and there was a write up about you guys (Yourself, Vince Atkins, Paul Mercer, Mark Shave???) Nothing but good things to say, if I ever decide to head for the mountains I know where I'm comming.
oh crap i haven't got that issue yet...can't wait to see that..Vince knows the mountains like the back of his hand ..I had him traveling at night twice last winter just for the hell of saying we did it lol
here planing a ride for tomorrow...can't sleep, last ride of the season . 3 days of rain after tomorrow probably going to shut us down after that for acessing the snow
800's like these do 100mph easily, he dosen't have if full out there, probably doing 50 like you said....an 800 will out accelerate an exotic car. sleds in this video weigh 477 lbs with 140hp(mine) and 440 lbs with 151 hp,
crazy power to weight ratio..popular mechanix magazine put a stock 800 against a twin turbo porsche a fue years back, quarter mile the sled won..they run out of transmision at 100mph though stock, its a belt driven one and inefficent the belt ovals out of the pulleys at speed
lewis hillls?
