Workers Compensation Insurance is a scam in that it distances the guilty business or corporation from the injured employee. A workers comp attorney working for an injured employee is paid on commission and then only if they win an award for their client. The attorneys bought and paid for by the workers comp insurance are paid by the hour and have unlimited supplies of money to "pay" "expert" "witnesses" who will side with the insurance company. It is a no win situation for the injured worker.
