  • This music is shit... i got this band recommended... i mean, WTF???

  • @oscarrlopezg better not mess with the wonder years, man.

  • @gerardormz94 This sounds like a degraded Blink 182... i mean, this is not fucking 1999

  • @oscarrlopezg degraded Blink-182? they sound like a Pop Punk band , cause you know they are a Pop Punk band just like Blink 182 is aswell. It's okay if you don't like em but how can you diss on this song I mean this song Is the definition of Defending Pop Punk it features Man Overboard , Fireworks, AL4W, Valencia, Title Fight and is honest as fuck

  • @oscarrlopezg Your mom likes The Wonder Years.

  • @KaneZ124 No, dude... not anyone in my family could listen to this shit

  • One of the greatest bands ever.

The fact he just write a story and make it into a song.

    amazing.

  • @AssStruttin dude this isn't a story, this is his life. thats what's amazing.

  • Oh my god I relate so much to this song.. NOT!!

  • this is one of those bands that my kids are going to listen to and hopefully there grand kids.

  • These guys are amazing. Saw them last night at the Mad Hatter and I can honestly say it was the best show I've been to in my life.

  • @JKar1210 i was there too it was probably the best show Ive seen

  • I just saw these guys at the mad hatter, they closed with this and GOD's voice couldn't even sound better.

  • This song is so good It makes kittens explode....

  • SO EVERYONE MOVED IN WITH THEIR GIIRRRRLFRAAANDSSSSSS.

  • what a great way to end an album

  • @sportsmaniac721 No, I'm sorry, that time thing messed up. I think it's more like 2:52 in the background.

  • Comment removed

  • @brigeo oh yeah, you're right, i think its matt brasch

  • Comment removed

  • @libertinecircletv Good question, it doesn't really sound like Soupy's voice. My best guest is Matt Brasch (back up vocals for TWY). I tried to find live video, but it's unclear. Pretty sure it's not Josh Martin because his voice is a little more throaty. We're talking about the background starting at like 2:51, if anyone knows for sure, you should reply!

  • @brigeo its shane from valencia

  • @brigeo in order of appearance: [Matty Arsenautt of A Loss For Words] [Dave Mackinder of Fireworks] [Shane Henderson of Valencia] [Jamie Rhoden of Title Fight] [Nik Bruzzese of Man Overboard] they each sing a verse of the "I'm not sad anymore, I'm just tired of this place, And if this year would just end, I think we'd all be okay" part at the end
  • I'm a complete asshole.

  • This song saved my life <3

  • @iprintstuffout shut the fuck up and reconsider, taking it.

  • Anybody know where I can find their music to download? Every time I go to search them somewhere, the show called "the wonder years" comes up...not this band. Any suggestions?

  • @JustBianca100 try putting the wonder years band

  • @JustBianca100 mp3boo.com

  • Do people actually talk shit about this?

  • I'm not sad anymore

I'm just tired of this place

and if this year would just end

I think we'd all be okay.

  • @jennifawasherr couldnt fucking ring more true to my life atm

  • So what happened to Dave?

  • @famousshadowless He died, they wrote a song about it called "We won't bury you" :/

  • @famousshadowless Ahh my bad, their friend Mike died not Dave. Sorry for the wrong information lol

  • @famousshadowless Soupy said in an absolutepunk forum chat that his friend Dave almost moved to Europe, or something like that

  • Slowly discovering this band after warped tour and I like everything I hear :]

  • Can someone explain to me what "Head over water!" has to do with the Wonder Years !?

I just discovered these guys yesterday and I'm hooked. :]

  • @cutie256454 listen to their song mike kennedy is a bad friend ot starts off with "Head above water this year boys."

  • THIS SONG IS JUST LIKE SEX TO MY EARS I MEAN MATTY. DAVE. SHANE. JAMIE AND NIK ALL ON THE SAM FUCKING TRACK!!!! CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY THIS YEAR BITCHES.

  • Replay button im sorry you work so hard...

  • This is one of the bands I'm going to remember in 20 years.

  • @cheeseman4444 What you mean is, this is one of those bands that no one will ever forget.

  • @JamMasterTroll yeah, how could anyone forget them?

  • this shit is boring and lame, young money is the truth.

  • @fishflow200 LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • @fishflow200 Haha good joke bro, i needed a good laugh this week

  • @fishflow200 your a fucking dumbass

  • Look up "Game Over Hoodrat Stuff" if u like this amazing music

  • All the best pop singers in one song? My life is complete.

  • 8 people have friends that are in jazz bands...

  • @kelsims95 Jazz is actually a good style of music, failure.

  • @kelsims95 without jazz, pop punk would not exist

  • @theycallmederryk lol i find it so funny how people are getting mad over one little comment. i didnt even state that jazz was bad

  • 8 people are still sad

  • @buttmonkey15 hahahahahahahahaha

  • Man! they should be on the fucking Main Stage!

  • @xEpicFailz naah it was way better that they weren't cuz it was a really small hella fun environment and Soupy was just like chilling about a foot in front of the crowd

  • All these guest vocals are amazing. Especially Title Fights part.

  • How do people even try to consider this punk. This shit is just another All Time Low, file it in the trash drawer

  • @mdibben1 you're a retard, they are awesome

  • @mdibben1 I am offended in behalf of TWY

  • @mdibben1 Its not punk hahahahha its amazing though!

  • @mdibben1 It's nothing like All Time Low.

    Two completely different genres.

    WTF.

  • Charlie Saxton? He's and actor... This song doesn't feature an actor...

  • this is shit

  • @daddyfatsackish GTFO, noob. No one cares.

  • @ShiPshapeD00d Your shit too pussy

  • Why is youtube only showing my views?

  • From GSOI to WBPF to The Upsides to Suburbia and all the split EPs in between, this band is just great. They prolly wont ever read this, but Soupy MattBrasch Josh Nick Casey and Mike Kennedy, keep it up.

  • 6 people dont have any friends in bar bands...how sad

  • jesus christ is this song ever addicting.

  • Guest vocals, for those who are wondering: 2:34 Matty Arsenault (A Loss For Words), 2:44 Dave Mackinder (Fireworks), 2:53 Shane Henderson (Valencia), 3:03 Jamie Rhoden (Title Fight), 3:12 Nik Bruzzese (Man Overboard), and then at 3:22 back to good ol' Soupy.

  • @brigeo yeah but who sings that part where its like "we moved on againnnnnn, were not wasting awayyy"

  • not a fan of these guys. they sound like a dropout band from berklee whos sound isnt well put together

  • @shannonleigh131

then why are you listening/commenting? gtfo.

  • @shannonleigh131 -_______-

  • @shannonleigh131 it's very put together

  • @rdiaznj420 only The Upsides. They're "mainstream" because they have songs people relate to.

  • @SpeckleDorfer dude they're hella under-rated haha

  • i went to one of there shows like a few weeks ago and it was fucking fun! i've been hooked on these guys ever since, gald to live in the town where they had their biggest/best show.

  • They have been added to the Mix and Mash tour with Parkwaydrive. They don't really fit in with Parkway?

  • @Godzilla2456

there's a reason why the tour is called "mix and mash"

it's a mix and mash of different genres.

  • i saw them last night everyone was going crazzy at this song and SOUPY FREAKIN STAGE DOVE!!!!!!!!!

  • Jamie Rhoden makes this song

  • sucks these guys are so mainstream now. oh well.

  • @rdiaznj420 stfu

  • @rdiaznj420 stop trying to fit in....

  • @rdiaznj420 agreed. I remember 4 years ago they played at the bowling alley in my town, there was like 50 people there. it was fucking awesome.

  • @vinvinvin hell yeah i saw these guys when they had 600 myspace friends lol. there just amazing and all these hot topic pussies fuck up all the music that was once good.

  • @rdiaznj420 Even though they're "mainstream", they still seem to write songs that are both personal, but mean something to everyone. Is there something wrong with them not singing about pirates, zombies, having gay sex with a ninja or murdering cowboys anymore? Soupy himself says he hates Get Stoked On It, and they only play 1 song from it anymore (When Keeping It Real...) They haven't turned mainstream, smartass, they've matured. And the more popular these guys get, the better.

  • @MrDonkeydong155 Well put. I still love Get Stoked On It though!

  • @S2frosty Me too! Lyrically, I prefer Upsides, musically, I prefer GSOI (which usually means that I end up listening to GSOI more often)... Suburbia is the real shit though! Perfect album :)

  • @rdiaznj420 Go off yourself if you haven't already.

  • @rdiaznj420 The Wonder Years are very under-rated bro. lol

  • Can someone tell me who is each guy singing in this song? I'm quite into pop punk but not the kind of "into" when you know all the names of the dudes and stuff hahaha. I only know Jamie from TF and Matty from AL4W.

  • @birKOoOo on of the guys is the singer fro fireworks

  • this song speaks out to me so much.

  • Jamie's part is epic.

  • oh man Matt from AL4W is sooooooo good on this track.

  • well i've got like minded dudes in detroit and vancouver!

this is like my favourite song ever.

  • 4 people in bar bands.

  • well i listen to music that means more than just 'something' to me..

  • I saw these guys in Montreal, and it's actually impossible to stop listening to them after seeing them live. koodoo's for the great show guys!

  • If you don't like it, quit wasting your life by trollin' on YouTube, it just points out what a pathetic waste of life you are. Get over it, or enjoy the awesome music. Tools.

  • @Mr360Sam The same reason that A loss for words is on tour with streelight manifesto. They take every opportunity they can get to make a name for themselves as a band.

  • emo sux

  • who the fuck would dislike this!?

  • @Mr360Sam Parkway Drive aren't good, and they're not a metal band.

  • @Mr360Sam

    FUCK YOU!

  • @fleshxrot wow this music is making you angry because its shit, you should just calm down okay

  • @Mr360Sam parkway drive is good, but how about you open up to other music and quit sounding like a fucking douche on youtube.. and this band is the tits so idk what the fuck you're talking about.

  • @runalanrun listen to real music like karnivool and katatonia (music that doesnt sound like the singer is wineing)

  • @Mr360Sam How about a little more shut the fuck up and grow the fuck up, kid.

  • these guys write music that mean something to them.. what the fuck do you do?

  • @runalanrun >About to get Fruit Punched, Homie.

    Good try, though.

  • @runalanrun write music that means something to me, as well as other people

  • @runalanrun The fuck do YOU do?

  • Respond to this video... I sell televisions at best buy

  • @runalanrun the same thing! i just have no fans :)

  • @runalanrun Fuck your mum.

  • @Mr360Sam Parkway Drive never plays with metal bands dipshit, they always tour with punk bands.

  • @pachoot this comment was 3 months ago, get over it.... we cant all like winey faggotry...

  • @pachoot well that's a lie considering they played never say die last year with Your Demise, We Came As Romans, War From A Harlots Mouth and Emmure.

  • @TheMickyHutch Your Demise=hardcore, WCAR=Post-hardcore, WFAHM and Emmure are exceptions. I'll correct my statement in saying Parkway Drive hardly ever tour with metal bands.

  • @pachoot but you said they always tour with punk bands, not a single one of those bands were slightly punk.

  • @TheMickyHutch Your Demise=Hardcore, WCAR=Post-hardcore. WFAHM and Emmure are exceptions. I'll adjust my statement in saying that Parkway Drive almost never tour with metal bands.

  • "Try the water dave it's really real"-happy feet:)

  • HOLY FUCK

Jamie's voice is so perfect in this song.

  • @HunterJosephPalmer93 which part does he sing?

  • @ygokazuki he's the fourth time of "I'm not sad anymore..."

  • Seeing them friday, they seem pretty good

  • i am totally loving dis band!

  • *thursday

  • cant wait to see them in the kerrang relentless tour on thurday

  • @IAreJeZz im going to the leeds gig on friday, cant wait. really hope the crowd get into em though :)

  • @dannypearson1992 ino some people havent heard of them so people wont know their songs hope they fet a good reaction :)

  • if you don't like the wonder years, then you havent listen to them much!

  • Hey guys! We're an alternative band from Cincinnati, Ohio called "This Time Around". We are coming out with a brand new record on February 19th, called "Go Big, or Go Home", and it would be awesome, if you could take a couple minutes out of your time, and give our new promo about the record on our youtube channel a chance, and show it to all of your friends. :)

  • Sick Song

  • good, really, it is!

  • 1 person thumbed down this because they suck

  • FEB 18 <3333

    Gahhh Kerrang Relentless Tour :D

  • Head above water is a metaphor for keeping your head up. The water representing life's turbulence n' what not. It's used in one of their songs where right at the beginning he's like "Yo head above water this year, boys"
